When approaching from M8 (Kingston Bridge heading west bound) keep to the extreme left lane. Roadworks may obstruct but keep to the left and take A703 exit.

Once off the bridge follow the signs for Kilmarnock (A77).
After turning right under the railway bridge onto the A77 turn left at the second set of lights into Cumberland Street.

After passing the Brazen Head pub (on your right hand side) in the Gorbals turn right, keep to the right hand lane to avoid left hand filter at the traffic lights.

At the next set of lights take the left filter into Aitkenhead Road, follow this road for some distance, passing Alcan Works and later a petrol station on the left and Hampden Park on the right situated behind houses.
You will then pass Kings Park on the left as indicated on the map.
